Blog Editor-in-Chief Introduction
My name is Yamamoto Nobukazu, the editor-in-chief of this blog.
After spending my student years in Hokuriku, I lived in Tokyo for a while.
Later, by chance, I moved to Toyama City.
Currently, I am running this blog while working in a job that makes use of the language skills I have been studying since my student days.
Why I started this blog
After moving back to Hokuriku from Tokyo, I have come to appreciate the charm of Toyama once again.
- Fresh sushi from Toyama Bay
- Delicious local sake
- Rich nature and beautiful scenery throughout the seasons
- Iwase's historic streets
- Easy access by tram
I am sure that tourists visiting the area will be delighted with these attractions.
We also thought that increasing the number of tourists to Toyama would help revitalize the region.
For this reason, we began posting on this blog in 2023 under the theme of "Tourism in Toyama City Using Trams."
I hope this blog will be helpful for your trip to Toyama.
